PROJECT SUMMARY:

 

Developed the County of Alameda's first competency based hybrid leadership development programs. The full suite of learning programs includes supervisor on-boarding materials, an emerging leader program, people and strategic manager series as well as supplemental programs in areas of high risk for grievance and litigation.  

ROLE: Sr. Consultant, Instructional Designer and Trainer

INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGY: Hybrid (Using weekly self-paced Articulate Storyline modules and 8 applied "live" small cohort learning sessions), Competency Based (mapped to State of California Supervisors Competencies)

IMPACT: New eLearning and web based materials are now available to a target audience of over 1,000 employees
