I am an organizational consultant and instructional designer with nine years' experience leading major change and performance interventions for large organizations. Clients have included major universities, foundations, and start-ups. I believe excellent design starts with accurate needs assessment and ends with a transformed learner, classroom, learning community and organizational culture.
